Due to the nature of perishable products and custom made product, no refunds or cancellations allowed within 2 days of shipping.
If you have a problem with our products upon receipt - Please email us within 24 hours for a possible replacement. We will need notification within 24 hours of FedEx delivery time, along with pictures of the product damage, along with pictures of the entire order.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY AND ALL FedEx delays are out of our control. Please plan and order accordingly. FedEx is 99% on time, however we simply cannot guarantee any arrival time. Any damage from FedEx delays will not be replaced or credited.
